Account and data deletion

1. Delete in the app

Delete your account in the Moonveil mobile app: sign in, open Account, select “Delete account,” and confirm. After success, the app removes the local owner partition and ends the session.

2. If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from the address associated with the account. Never send a password, sign-in token, or full backup.

3. Scope

Account deletion does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately with the billing provider. Remove your own exports and other device copies separately.
