Moonveil Terms of Use

1. Operator and acceptance

Moonveil – Tarot & Guidance is provided by TealDev Mateusz Pilarski, ul. Orzechowa 37/17, 21-500 Biała Podlaska, Poland, NIP 5651479302.

By using the app, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.

2. Eligibility and content

Moonveil is intended for users aged 16 or older. Tarot and numerology content is educational, cultural, entertaining, and intended for self-reflection.

It is not a prediction, guarantee, or medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice and must not replace appropriate help.

3. Account, local data, and backup

Moonveil Web offers public knowledge and tools without an account. User accounts, paid access, restore, optional backup, and account management belong to the Moonveil mobile app. Web sign-in is for Content Studio administrators.

In the mobile app, readings, notes, profile data, numerology data, and custom spreads are local by default. Clearing app data or device failure can permanently remove local-only data.

Backup in the mobile app is voluntary, requires separate confirmation, and is limited to 5 MB. You grant Moonveil a limited licence solely to store and transmit the backup for backup and restore. You retain ownership and may delete it.

4. Free and paid access

The price, currency, taxes, period, trial, and scope displayed before purchase control. Moonveil does not receive full payment-card details.

• Guest / Free: the public guide, basic tools, and content marked as free.
• Moonveil Premium: an auto-renewing subscription covering exactly the features, period, and price shown before purchase.
• Deck unlock: a one-time purchase for a named deck, sold separately from Premium when available.

5. Subscriptions, restore, and refunds

• A subscription renews until cancelled with the billing provider.
• Deleting a Moonveil account, mobile app data, or local device data does not cancel a subscription.
• Restore uses records associated with the billing provider and relevant Moonveil account.
• Refunds follow provider procedures and law; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Licence, availability, and liability

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private use. Circumventing paywalls or security, resale, commercial scraping, service interference, and unlawful use are prohibited.

The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or outages. We do not guarantee an outcome from spiritual content and do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Polish law applies without removing mandatory protection in the consumer’s country of residence.
